Music | The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army

I've always liked music videos that seem to flow from one continuous shot, and this one is no excpetion. While the music of The White Stripes isn't really my type of music, some of their music videos have been truly distinctive, like this video for Seven Nation Army.


Consisting of sharp red, black, and white images that seem to endlessly advance from triangles in the lower center portion of the screen, the video appears to be almost kaleidoscopic, with the parade of moving images nicely keeping in time with the beat.

The combination of alternating images and colors gives the Seven Nation Army video a striking look that gives off a somewhat mesmerizing effect; directors Alex Courtes and Martin Fougerol really did an awesome job.
